| Our Antioxidant Water Ionizerhas a high performance filtration system that removes harmful chemicals and parasites, the real advantage is the additional chamber in which the PH level of the source water is raided by a process called electrolysis. The calcium of your tap water is also increased, accumulated, and then provided in your drinking water. When the tap water runs between sheets of platinum coated titanium, separated by high quality membranes, it undergoes a mild electrolysis process. This in turn converts tap water into approximately 70% alkaline water and 30% oxidized (acid) water . In typical applications out Ionizer will produce alkaline water with a PH of approximately 9-10 on the highest setting. The oxidation redox potential of this water will be in the –100 t –300 MV range. |

| What is pH? |
|
| pH indicates the acidity or alkalinity of a substance. The scale runs from 0 to 14. PH value 7 is neutral, lower than 7 is acidic, and higher than 7 is alkaline. Tab water is usually in the range of 7. With electrolysis, pH goes up as ORP goes down. You can regulate the pH directly with the level setting of the machine, or indirectly by changing the water flow. If you slow down the water flow, you are intensifying the alkalinity, because the water has more time to go through the electrolysis stage. |
